PETROMUL CSS-1 is a cationic asphalt emulsion used as a binder in road construction and repair.

Properties:
- Stable and durable due to strong adhesion to aggregate surface, high
  resistance to water wash-out and hard water tolerance
- Versatile because it is compatible to a wide range of aggregates; used
  for a wide variety of applications; and can be applied during dry and
  rainy season
- Cost-effective due to simple application not requiring heat and less
  downtime as a result of faster opening to traffic
- Environment-friendly because it does not require the use of petroleum
  solvents
